When you receive blood test results, it is not always easy to know what they mean for you. You might be told that everything is within range, yet still feel that something is not quite right. Or you might have results from several years and different providers, with no easy way to see the whole picture.
Biomarkr began with a wish to make that experience easier. To help people understand their results, keep track of changes and feel more prepared for conversations about their health.

Why I started Biomarkr.

I’m Saghir, the founder of Biomarkr.
After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, I found myself trying to make sense of blood results while dealing with symptoms and changes to treatment. I wanted to understand what was changing, how it related to the way I felt and what I should ask at my next appointment.
My professional background is in data and artificial intelligence. But the reason I started Biomarkr was personal. I knew how overwhelming health information could feel, even for someone used to working with data.
I wanted to create something I would have found useful myself.
